Lumen Decisioning needs a Data Scientist in Bengaluru to own forecasting that operations actually uses. You will model demand, communicate uncertainty without hiding it, and sit on-site with planners who will challenge weak assumptions. This is a good seat if you like applied statistics more than flashy demos.
Responsibilities
- Build demand and capacity forecasts used in weekly planning
- Stress-test models against operational constraints
- Present uncertainty clearly to operations leaders
- Improve data contracts with the warehouse team
