Helix Analytics is hiring a Data Scientist in Bengaluru to sit with product squads and turn messy business questions into experiments and models that actually ship. You will own problem framing, feature thinking, model validation, and the story that helps PMs act. The team values people who can write clear SQL, keep notebooks honest, and say when a model should not go to production. Hybrid collaboration with on-site days for planning and reviews.
Responsibilities
- Frame product and growth questions as measurable experiments
- Build and validate predictive models used by product teams
- Partner with analytics engineering on reliable feature tables
- Explain model trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
